Corporate brokerage requires sincere attention

Attentiveness is what characterizes Frederique. In her role as office assistant at Broersma Werken, she focuses on supporting brokers and clients. Her initial ambitions initially lay elsewhere. However the blood runs where it can’t go, on her father’s side she has been injected with real estate agency.

“Earlier, I wanted to become a midwife, but I took the turn towards real estate. A choice you might not expect easily, but now I can put my nurturing nature to work directly for the brokers in the office and our clients,” Frederique says.

She is often the first one to get on the phone. “It’s really nice to help people who come across one of our rental signs ‘on the road’ and call our number. Often people don’t know exactly where they are and I tap into my inner Sherlock, to still get out together,” says Frederique. Laying out a perfect brochure, with the right selection of photography, is where she also gets a lot of satisfaction. “Precisely because every property is unique and this requires the right attention,” she says.

She calls the appearance of Broersma Werken ‘great’. Frederique explains, “The personal attention to clients, the allure and going that extra step for the client every time, is what I definitely continue to contribute to.”

Discovering Amsterdam is her relaxation, for work, but also in her spare time. This is how she gets to know the city, with its great diversity of buildings and neighborhoods, better and better. Weather permitting, you will find her on the terrace with a healthy Matcha.
