Daniëlle makes sure the process runs smoothly from A to Z

“Where do we lose time or energy, where can we do even better?” Daniëlle has made it an art to work in a structured and efficient way, by aligning all parties in a customer-friendly and solution-oriented way: “front office, back office, brokers and of course the client, we need each other to bring a project to perfect completion.”

She studied Management Economics and Law at the HES in Amsterdam, then Fashion Styling at Academie Artemis, and worked in styling for ten years before joining Broersma. This experience comes in handy when she goes to business premises and works with the photographer to highlight the elegant features of a property: “An interesting façade, a beautiful light, we can surprise the client with that.”

Daniëlle has a fondness for hidden spots in Amsterdam: “Like Sint Nicolaasstraat, a side street of the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal in the city centre, where behind every beautiful facade people live or have offices very quietly.” From her work at Vondelpark, she cycles across the canals across the city to her home in the Jordaan. This is where you can regularly find her at bakery café SAINT-JEAN, located in a building whose architectural heritage is complimented by its modern interior: “They serve perfect coffee there and have delicious vegan bakery treats.”
