The business grew, but the space didn’t grow with it
TriFrance’s business grew, but their office space in Sloterdijk couldn’t keep up. They approached Broersma to guide their search for a more spacious, inspiring location in a vibrant setting. Our intensive search led us to De Passage 120: a modern office with around 997 m² of space that was the perfect venue for our client to build their future.
But the space was still under contract, so Broersma sat down with the current tenant and agreed to take over the remaining two-year lease. A year before the end date, we were able to, on behalf of TriFrance, renegotiate a new lease directly with the owner, LaSalle. Our market expertise helped us close the perfect deal, giving our client significant commercial benefits.
