Habitat Royale: coming soon

Located on the edge of Beatrixpark in the Beethovenbuurt neighborhood of Amsterdam South, Habitat Royale is under development. It features an exceptionally energy-efficient building with a striking organic design characterized by beautiful curved lines and spacious outdoor areas. The building will accommodate approximately 74 exclusive apartments and penthouses, spread across four towers with a maximum of six floors each. Habitat Royale is a project by Kondor Wessles Vastgoed, designed by the architects at Mecanoo, and features sustainability expertise from Arup.
