Finding the perfect rental property that meets all your needs is a challenge in Amsterdam today. By getting to know you and carefully listening, we gain insight into how we can best assist you in your search for a property that meets your criteria. If your expectations don’t align with the reality of the market, or if you’re feeling overwhelmed, we provide alternative solutions. We map out the market for you, organize and guide property viewings, and most importantly, bring clarity to the process.

Sharing advice
Expert advice provides peace of mind, support, and a solid foundation. For years, Broersma has been advising and assisting clients throughout the process. Honesty and ensuring the client feels at home are our top priorities, which is why we proactively provide advice at every step.

Negotiation
No two homes or moments are the same. During negotiations, Broersma is keenly aware of its role as an authority. We don’t offer standard packages; instead, we create a bespoke strategy tailored to your needs. We turn challenges into well-thought-out plans, balancing reason and emotion. We determine the right moment to make an offer and seek your approval before proceeding. It’s a carefully orchestrated process, where every action and reaction is thoroughly coordinated and discussed to achieve the best possible agreement.

Check-in & Check-out
Once an agreement is reached, it’s crucial to document it properly. We confirm the agreed-upon terms and offer advice on drafting the lease agreement. For any legal questions, you can always rely on us. Our support continues right up to the check-out. At the check-in, we’re also present to inspect the property and ensure the key handover goes smoothly.

Maintenance
Throughout the rental period, you can always contact us. Should any issues arise, we are here to advise on the best solution. A client of Broersma is a client for life.

Rates

The leasing fee is the agreed compensation for our advice and services. We aim to keep this transparent, fair, and clear. Once we’ve found the right property together, the fee is one month’s rent, including VAT.
