Alexandra van Dedem brings a strong commitment, drive, and a social character to Broersma. In her role, she oversees the entire rental process, from the first client contact to the key handover. She conducts home visits, advises owners on rental strategy and pricing, organises photoshoots, and leads viewings. “Every day is different, and that makes my work so exciting. The direct contact with clients and the positive energy we share together are what truly make my work valuable.”

Alexandra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Nyenrode on the Keizersgracht, where she gained international experience and built valuable connections. This was further enhanced during her Master’s in Business Administration at the United International Business School (UIBS). Alongside her work, she is pursuing the Candidate Real Estate Agent and Appraiser, with which she aims to further realise her ambitions in the real estate sector.

Born and raised in Amstelveen, Alexandra has played hockey at the highest level from a young age. “I’m a determined person and not a good loser,” Alexandra admits. At Broersma, she feels at home among colleagues who share the same drive. Broersma’s attention to detail and quality aligns seamlessly with Alexandra’s own work ethic. “It’s a professional yet welcoming office, where we work as a versatile team to achieve great results and learn a lot from each other.”

She enjoys staying active, so she appreciates being on the move for her work, but she also doesn’t like sitting still in her free time. Golf and padel are among her favourites, and she loves taking time to walk around the city with friends. One of her favourite spots is Café Hoppe on the Spui, an iconic meeting place filled with vibrancy and beautiful memories.
