As a back-office employee, Caroline splits her time between redevelopment and new-build projects. “I’m responsible for preparing the files,” she explains about the details of her daily tasks. From gathering documents and arranging photography to drafting brochures and checking purchase agreements, Caroline ensures everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the sale. “Whether it’s six or one hundred properties, we put the same amount of energy into every project,” she highlights the precision of Broersma’s operations.

Living happily in the Frederik Hendrikbuurt neighbourhood, Caroline enjoys the cosy cafés and picturesque streets, which she loves exploring during evening walks. Every Saturday, she visits Ikaria on Kwakerplein for a quiet moment with a cup of coffee and a good book. “Ikaria is an island in Greece known for its longevity, where people often live beyond 100 years,” she says, referring to the geographical inspiration behind this Amsterdam coffee spot. “It’s the perfect place to start the weekend.”

In addition to her full-time role at Broersma, Caroline is pursuing the KRMT qualification to become an estate agent.
