Structure is key in the versatility of our work

“At Broersma Wonen, we each have our own roles and expertise. Everyone contributes to our success. Thanks to the structure, there’s clarity both internally and for the client, which makes the work environment very pleasant,” says Dilara. For her, a good day is one where everything is neatly completed, and nothing is left undone.

The variety in the work is what makes it so enjoyable for her. She engages with different parties, such as the client, the notary, and the selling agent, both nationally and internationally. “The most rewarding cases for me are when a client comes to us with a specific search request, I can guide them effectively, and we succeed in finding a property for them,” Dilara says with a smile.

Just as she appreciates all aspects of her work, she also values the diversity of the city. On her way home, she cycles through the bustling city centre towards the IJ, where she takes the ferry to Amsterdam Noord, where she lives on the outskirts. The ability to embrace the city’s vibrancy but also retreat to the tranquillity of her home is, for her, a great luxury.

“Broersma Wonen is located near the lovely Vondelpark, in beautiful Amsterdam Zuid,” Dilara explains. “What we colleagues particularly enjoy on a nice day is having lunch together in the office garden. It’s truly a bonus.
