Florence effortlessly switches between different clients

Every house and every client at Broersma is different. It’s precisely this diversity that Florence finds so fascinating about her work. “Recently, I was in a beautiful canal house. But we also rent out apartments, each with a completely different ambiance. Our starting price is 2,500 euros per month. This wide range results in a very diverse group of clients.”

As soon as you speak to Florence, you immediately feel her positive energy and enthusiasm for the profession. She has always had the ambition to work in the real estate industry. In addition to her work, she is currently studying to become a Candidate Registered Real Estate Appraiser. “I love seeing a smile on someone’s face. As a link between the client and the tenant, my goal is to truly make people happy.”

As a child, Florence was already interested in the wide range of homes that surrounded her in daily life. With scissors in hand, she early on created her own dream houses with pictures from the Ikea catalog. “When I cycle past a house in the dark with the lights on, I still wonder what lies behind the doors,” she casually reveals.

She currently lives in De Pijp, and for the ultimate urban outdoor feeling, the born and raised Brabant resident enjoys sitting on the terrace of Café Hesp. “The sun slowly disappears behind the characteristic buildings on the other side of the Amstel. It’s lovely with a glass of wine, watching the spectacle of boats and people passing by.
