Kiki relieves the agents of tasks and brings a dose of creativity to Broersma.

In her role from the Back Office, Kiki de Haas supports the agents and partners of Broersma Wonen by building client files, listing properties, coordinating photographers, and creating brochures. “It’s a versatile role in which structure and independence are essential,” says Kiki.

“Real estate combines many of my passions. I focus on quality and give every detail the attention it deserves,” she says. During her graduation project at the Academie Artemis, the theme of ‘connection’ was central, and Kiki designed four conceptual living environments where everyone feels seen. “I hope our clients feel the same way when I speak with them.”

With a background in events and hospitality, Kiki brings a keen eye for beauty and detail. Thanks to her experience with refined interior brands, she has developed a strong sense of style and quality. “It’s wonderful to see our clients’ beautiful interiors and know that we can make others happy with them,” says Kiki.

She enjoys Amsterdam and everything the city has to offer. From her home in Amsterdam-Oost, with its relaxed atmosphere and lively Javastraat, she cycles to the office every day. After work, she likes to unwind in the city: “Restaurant PARK of Hotel Arena with a view of the park is a favourite, but if I really get to choose, I’ll dine at Risto Enoteca PepeNero on the Eerste Oosterparkstraat. The best Italian restaurant in Amsterdam, with an owner who is truly passionate about his business.”
