We work from our own areas of expertise but share a common DNA and goal: to assist the client as best as possible. You can see that care and attention to detail in everything we do.”
Real estate has always fascinated Lora, a passion inspired in part by her surroundings. She describes her workday as dynamic and varied, from answering the first phone call to updating the schedule and replying to emails. “The diversity of my tasks and the fact that I can truly make a difference—for both clients and colleagues—makes my day feel accomplished,” says Lora. “Every house also brings its own personal story, which keeps the work engaging and, at times, even moving.”
Born and raised in Amsterdam-Zuid, Lora still enjoys living in her familiar neighbourhood. Surrounded by excellent amenities and a warm atmosphere, Amsterdam feels like home. “I can hardly imagine ever leaving,” she says. “The people are friendly, there’s a strong sense of community, and everything you need is close by.”
Outside of work, Lora has a passion for health—both mental and physical. She exercises daily; whether she’s at the gym, on the tennis court, or running or walking through the city, movement keeps her energised. This energy is something she radiates and brings into her work at Broersma.
In her free time, Lora enjoys the Beatrixpark, a peaceful oasis in the city that is especially enchanting in autumn. She also loves exploring Amsterdam’s culinary scene, frequently visiting Zoldering on Utrechtsestraat. “It’s a hidden gem with a relaxed atmosphere and a Michelin star. The small, perfectly curated menu and focus on quality remind me of Broersma: everything is done with care and taste.”
