Communication and enthusiasm set the tone for Pip

“In my work, communication is key,” says Pip. “In the Back Office, we support the agents and guide clients through the process of selling a property.” Her bachelor’s degree in Communication Science certainly helps with this. But it’s more than that: her interest in people, real estate, and Amsterdam fuels her enthusiasm, which comes across in every interaction.

Pip’s passion for real estate was sparked at home. Both her parents have run their own estate agency in Zeist for years, and Pip knows every street name there. However, Amsterdam is her professional playground. “The market in Amsterdam is dynamic and ever-changing, which means you always need to stay sharp,” she explains.

This demands a strong team, and that’s exactly what Pip has found at Broersma Wonen, where everyone is closely connected. “We have a large team with a wide range of strengths that complement each other,” Pip says. “Together, we work to maintain the polished, elegant house style. We really think about how we present ourselves and how we showcase homes to their best advantage. It’s our calling card and what sets us apart in the market.”

Walking down her favourite Sarphatistraat, through the Plantagebuurt, or in Oosterpark now holds even more meaning for Pip. She knows the buildings not just from the outside but also from within, giving Amsterdam an even deeper sense of life and vibrancy.
